I'd so buy tickets for one of their concerts. ;P

It's hard to be a Star Wars-fan and to remember that the original combo of the legendary Max Rebo Band only had three members that sang a catchy little 80s-tune called "Lapti Nek". But it's even harder to know that you will never see one of your favourite scenes in 1983's Return of the Jedi ever again because it was replaced by horrible CGI and allegedly "better" music.

Yes I seen the original song and footage:) It certainly was a bit more laid back but it had more scenes with such iconic characters of Jabba's palace. And certainly the Jedi Rocks scenes had its good and bad stuff but the original always has a special place:D

If you read the novel "Tales at Jabba's Palace" it certainly gives a very good insight on the band itself and where each member played a role during certain scenes from the movie itself and how a certain band leader treated Leia while she was enslaved.

Awesome picture too;)

And heres a video I think you may enjoy! Thats a blast from the past:D
